  • FedEx SmartPost: Enjoy our free shipping option that delivers your order within 2-7 business days, depending on your location. This is a convenient choice for orders that do not require a signature for delivery and allows deliveries 7 days a week.
  • Upgraded Shipping Options: For quicker delivery, we offer several upgraded services:
    • FedEx 3 Day
    • FedEx 2 Day
    • FedEx Standard Overnight

All our upgraded shipping options require a signature upon delivery, ensuring the secure and safe receipt of your purchases. These services deliver Monday through Friday. Saturday delivery is available in certain areas for an additional charge by contacting customer service at

All orders are shipped via FedEx service, and you will receive an email with your tracking number once shipped.To make your Clean Origin experience as comfortable as possible, we also offer free return shipping on all ring orders and loose Lab Created diamond orders!

FedEx Hold for Pickup

For enhanced security and your convenience, we highly recommend opting for FedEx Hold for Pickup when placing your order. This option allows you to collect your package at a FedEx Ship Center or FedEx Print and Ship at your convenience, ensuring that your purchase is not only secure but also waiting for you on your schedule.

Note: Orders shipped via FedEx SmartPost are not eligible for FedEx Hold at a FedEx facility.

Know where you want to hold your package for FedEx Hold? Follow the next steps below:

  • Upon Checkout, check the box "SHIP TO DIFFERENT ADDRESS".
  • Make sure that you input your first and last name and your phone number, for pickup and contact purposes.
  • On the first line for Address, write the address of the FedEx location you would like the package to be held.
  • On the second line, write FedEx Hold For Pickup, then press Next.
  • After selecting your payment method, either with Affirm, Credit Card, or Wire transfer, uncheck the box next to "My billing and shipping address are the same". This will allow you to enter a different address for billing purposes.
International Shipping

We ship international orders through FedEx International Priority. Please go to the FedEx site for additional details.

International Customs, Duties, and VAT

International customers are responsible for additional duties, taxes, surcharges and VAT. For questions, to confirm additional fees or to facilitate the clearance process please contact FedEx upon receipt of your tracking number to facilitate the clearance process.

Shipping Policies

We urge all customers to inspect their package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt. For your protection, Clean Origin always:

  • Insures and registers all items for their full value.
  • Requires an adult to sign for the delivery of all upgraded shipping orders.
  • Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
  • For insurance purposes, Clean Origin is unable to reroute packages after they have left our facility.
  • FedEx SmartPost shipments are not eligible for FedEx Hold at FedEx facilities.

Clean Origin is committed to delivering every order as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control and may result in an unavoidable delay to your delivery. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date.
