No, we do not sell cubic zirconia or any other diamond simulants.

Lab grown diamonds are not diamond simulants; they are genuine diamonds. They are made in a lab using high pressure and temperature, identical to the conditions that produce natural diamonds deep in the Earth.

Additionally, they're chemically, physically, and optically the same as mined diamonds. Lab created diamonds are indistinguishable from natural diamonds. They exhibit the same brilliance and sparkle as mined diamonds and are effectively identical in all aspects aside from their origin.

Do You Offer Jewelry or Watch Repair On Site at Your Chicago Location?

Can I Have My Ring Resized at the Chicago Store?

If your engagement ring needs to be resized, we can resize it for you. In fact, we offer one free resizing service for standard ring styles.

We've done our best to simplify the process for you. For more information on ring resizing, please review our resizing policy.

How Long Will It Take to Resize a Ring?

Whether you purchase a ring at our Chicago, IL store or any other Clean Origin stores, it takes two weeks for our jewelers to resize it.

Please know we cannot usually resize an eternity band. In the unlikely case that we can, the size range will be limited. We encourage you to make sure you select the proper size eternity band at the time of purchase.

No, we do not sell wholesale diamonds. However, with us, you are getting an excellent deal even if the diamonds aren't wholesale.
