What Shipping Methods Do You Offer?

At Clean Origin, we are committed to providing a variety of shipping options to meet your needs and preferences:

  • FedEx SmartPost: Enjoy our free shipping option that delivers your order within 2-7 business days, depending on your location. It’s a convenient choice for non-urgent orders and does not require a signature for delivery and includes weekend deliveries to most U.S. locations.

    Please note: FedEx SmartPost shipments are not eligible for FedEx Hold at FedEx facilities.

  • Upgraded Shipping Options: For quicker delivery, we offer several upgraded services:
    • FedEx 3 Day
    • FedEx 2 Day
    • FedEx Standard Overnight

All our upgraded shipping options require a signature upon delivery.

For added security and convenience, you can choose to have any of your shipments held at a FedEx Ship Center or a FedEx Print and Ship Center. This option allows you to pick up your order on your schedule and is available for all shipping methods, excluding FedEx SmartPost.

How fast can I get my order?

All orders from Clean Origin are processed with the utmost care and precision to ensure the highest quality. Shipping times vary depending on the specific product and its readiness. Once your item is ready to ship, it will be shipped based on the method selected at checkout.

Can you ship my package to a FedEx location to be held for pick up?

Absolutely! All upgraded shipping options are eligible for FedEx Hold for Pickup, allowing you to have your package shipped to a FedEx Ship Center or a FedEx Print and Ship. The package can be held for up to five business days. Please note, this service is not available for FedEx SmartPost shipments.

  • Upon Checkout, first enter the ship to details. Make sure that you input your first and last name and your phone number for pickup and contact purposes.
  • On the first line for Address, write the address of the FedEx location you would like the package to be held.
  • On the second line, write FedEx Hold For Pickup, then press Next.
  • After selecting your payment method, either with Affirm, Credit Card, or Wire transfer, uncheck the box next to "My billing and shipping address are the same". This will allow you to enter a different address for billing purposes.
Does anything on the shipping box indicate what is inside?

Nope! Your Clean Origin purchase will arrive in an unmarked cardboard box. Inside, you'll find your custom Clean Origin ring box, crafted in eco-friendly paper. The low-profile box is designed to discreetly fit inside your pants or jacket pocket — perfect for keeping it safe and secret before the big question.

Loose diamonds are secured within an elegant suspension box. Suspended within a transparent window your diamond appears as if it is floating, allowing it to be held up and inspected in the light.

Are your shipments fully insured?
Yes. All of our shipments are 100% insured.
Is there a possibility for my order to be delayed?

While it's rare, there are occasional instances where an order may be delayed. We strive to meet the expected ship dates, but sometimes production or quality assurance processes might extend this timeline slightly. These delays are usually minor and involve ensuring that every piece meets our high standards before it leaves our facility.

Please note that if your order is expected to be delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to deliver a product that upholds the quality you expect from Clean Origin.

If you need your order by a specific date, especially for occasions like engagements or anniversaries, we recommend placing your order well in advance. This approach helps avoid any potential last-minute concerns and ensures that you receive your order in plenty of time for your special moment. Financing and Insurance

Does Clean Origin offer layaway plan?
We currently do not offer that option. However, we do offer financing through Affirm, one of the leading ecommerce finance companies.
Do you offer jewelry insurance?
Yes. Through our trusted partner, Zillion, we offer worldwide jewelry coverage against loss, theft, accidental damage and disappearance. Insurance by Zillion can be purchased at checkout. Insurance cannot be purchased for loose diamonds. Learn more.


Are Clean Origin Lab Created diamonds certified by the GIA?
We partner with several independent, highly reputable diamond certification laboratories. The two most prominent ones are IGI (International Gemological Institute) and GCAL (Gem Certification and Assurance Lab). Learn more about the certification process here.
Why is the cut grade missing from some of your stones?
If the shape of the stone is not a traditional round, it may not have a cut grade. There are many ways to cut a Marquis, a Radiant or an Oval stone (to name just a few) in order to play up brilliance and beauty. For this reason, cut grades are not typically assigned to these types of "fancy shape" diamonds.
