Free Shipping Both Ways

We offer free FedEx shipping on every domestic order. At Clean Origin, we are committed to delivering a seamless experience, presenting shipping options that give you the freedom to select the one that suits your needs best.

  • FedEx 2-Day: Our complimentary shipping option delivers your order in two business days.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight: For faster delivery, you can upgrade to next-business-day delivery.

All shipments require a direct signature upon delivery, ensuring your purchase is received safely and securely. These services deliver Monday through Friday.


All orders are shipped via FedEx service, and you will receive an email with your tracking number once shipped. To make your Clean Origin experience as comfortable as possible, we also offer free return shipping on all ring orders and loose Lab Created diamond orders!

FedEx Hold for Pickup

For added security and convenience, you can use FedEx's Hold at Location service to have your package delivered to a nearby FedEx location instead of your home. This allows you to pick up your package at a time and place that works best for you.

How It Works:

  1. Shipment Notification:
    • After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your FedEx tracking number.
  2. Track Your Package:
    • Go to the FedEx Tracking page.
    • Enter your tracking number to find your shipment.
  3. Select Hold at Location:
    • In the "Manage Delivery" section, click on Hold at Location.
    • Choose a nearby FedEx location where you’d like to pick up your package.
  4. Pick Up Your Package:
    • Once your package arrives at the chosen FedEx location, you’ll receive a notification.
    • Visit the FedEx location with your photo ID and tracking number to pick it up.

Important Notes:

  • Timing: You can request FedEx Hold at Location after your package has shipped and is in transit.
  • Eligibility: Availability can vary by location. Check availability on the FedEx Hold at Location page.
International Shipping

We ship international orders through FedEx International Priority. Please go to the FedEx site for additional details.

International Customs, Duties, and VAT

International customers are responsible for additional duties, taxes, surcharges and VAT. For questions, to confirm additional fees or to facilitate the clearance process please contact FedEx upon receipt of your tracking number to facilitate the clearance process.

Shipping Policies

We urge all customers to inspect their package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt. For your protection, Clean Origin always:

  • Insures and registers all items for their full value.
  • Requires an direct signature for the delivery.
  • Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
  • For insurance purposes, Clean Origin is unable to reroute packages after they have left our facility.

Clean Origin is committed to delivering every order as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control and may result in an unavoidable delay to your delivery. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date.
