At Clean Origin, we love bringing your dream jewelry to life. Our Custom Program allows you to create a one-of-a-kind piece designed just for you.

- No purchase is necessary, and no additional fees will be charged to use this service.
- Once you place your custom order, you will have 2 business days to cancel for a refund back to your original payment method, and thereafter the refund will be applied to your account for store credit only.
- If the store credit is utilized for a new custom order, this is a re-design that is eligible one time only, and thus the new custom order will be final sale.
- Returns for custom jewelry are allowed up to 60 days after the item ships, and refunds will be applied to your account for store credit only.
- Promotional codes, coupons, and discounts cannot be applied.
- You acknowledge that Clean Origin retains the exclusive rights to any design created through our Custom Order Premium Program.
- We cannot guarantee an exact copy of a design from another jeweler or infringe on a trademarked design. However, we will work to create a piece that is as close as possible to your original reference item without infringing on any trademark.
Please note: Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase on CleanOrigin.com. Store credit is non-transferable. For more details, please review our return policy.
